RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All fragrances sold by WinniPerfume are 100% authentic, backed by a money-back guarantee if something isn't right with your order.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days on average. All orders ship from Miami, Florida. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Please note that during high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 extra business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking information. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.

Any delivery issue must be reported to us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on the tracking information.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please do not open or use it. Contact us so we can arrange a free return label and send you the correct item.

Damaged Items

We pack all orders carefully to avoid damage in transit, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. You will need to provide photos of the damaged product, its packaging, and the shipping box, so we can process a replacement or refund. Please do not discard the packaging before reaching out to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.

To return a product:

The item must be unopened and unused.
It must be sent back in its original, sealed packaging.
It must be shipped in a protective box (returns sent in an envelope or without protection will not be accepted).

Testers are not eligible for return. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund once we receive the returned item.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to a $3.99 cancellation fee.

Discounts

Only one discount code may be used per order. Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with loyalty points, discount codes, or coupons.
